"The apartment is beautiful with modern design. Its located near the main train station, in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equiped with what we needed. We loved the fact that it has washing machine, we could wash all our dirty clothes from our previous trips to have more clothes to our next destination. The management was easy to reach via whatspp and always respond swiftly."

"We stayed in the property August in the midst of summer. The property was super hot, we were sweating the entire time. We took 3x showers a day but it did not help. Theres no AC and theres only one stand fan and it was not enough. We also kept the windows open but during our stay there was no wind blowing at all, it did not help. The worse is we have a 2 year old child and she was sweating a lot, even wearing just a diaper. We did not sleep in our first night. We coudlnt stay for one more day in the property. We told the management and offered us another stand fan. Although it was still very hot, It has helped us survive for 2 more nights. It was my fault that I overlooked and booked the property assuming that property have air condition. I never thought it could get really hot in Lyon in summer. Perhaps in the future, I would suggest they invest in ceiling fan in both living room and bedroom, apart from a stand fan - or portable AC would probably help as well. Another thing was the shower. The shower flooring needs immediate repair. Everytime we shower a pool of water accumulate covering our entire feet. The shower flooring was not stable, the material is some kind of waterproof wood painted in white (Im not very sure) but it felt that way. I believe the owner needs to consider and invest in fixing this immediately as this is vital for the comfort of future guests. One last thing - sofas needs deep cleaning as well as the cushion. We had to cover it with towels before sitting. I hope the above would help you make a better and comfortable stay of your future guests."
